IP Office R7

With the much-anticipated release of IP Office R7 Software, Avaya has effectively provided businesses a new level of advancement in an already feature rich platform and given Nortel CICS/MICS and BCM users a clear migration path.
The IP Office has clearly evolved into an enterprise caliber product in a package priced for the Small to Mid sized market. With features like resiliency, call center, 64 party conference bridge and portal access (which are typically reserved for enterprise type solutions), the IP Office is now capturing the attention of companies with up to 1000 users and up to 32 locations.
